Ethical standards and Integrity

We are determined to emphasize high ethical standards in all aspects of our practice. We will always place the patient’s interest before our own and endeavor to earn and maintain the patient’s trust through time. We will hold our reputation and the integrity of our practice before the community in which we serve. From an ethical standpoint, our patients will feel that our office is a “safe” place to be. ↑

Friendliness, warmth, and kindness

It is important for our office to express a genuine congeniality. We realize that we are in a long-term relationship with a person and their family. This kind of relationship is what provides the most gratifying area of our practice life. The staff at our office is not asked to be kind and friendly to the patient; this virtue is innate to their personality. We are also proud of the fact that most of our patients become our friends. ↑

Family dentistry

We practice general dentistry for families. We are not a niche practice. We take care of families and the myriad oral-dental needs that they have. Our patients range in years from toddler to the later stages in life. If we cannot provide a specific dental treatment we refer that particular need to a specialist who can. ↑

Quality specialist referrals

There are four primary specialty dental disciplines. They are periodontics, oral surgery, endondontics, and orthodontics. We refer to specific offices for each of these specialty disciplines, and have had long-term relationships with all of them. Communication between our respective offices is open and effortless. The dentists who provide services in these offices are all exceptional as both clinicians and as human beings. ↑

Modern Facility

We are committed to maintaining a clean and modern facility. We take pride in the dental clinic in which we practice. We have tried to create an ambience for our patients that is warm and inviting, and have avoided the more traditional sterile, clinical environment. ↑

Embrace technology

We believe that advancing technology continues to make the quality of dental care rise. We will continue to bring new technology into our office when it is prudent and appropriate to do so. A careful examination of the technology will be carried out in order to ensure that it improves the care given to the patient. ↑

Quality dental care

Every dentist has an innate standard of care that they aspire to. The attention to detail involved in restorative dentistry is very exacting. Our promise to our patients is that we strive to be as meticulous and diligent as possible when it comes to the dental treatments that we perform. Of course, we believe that our standards are high and that our colleagues would validate our reputation. ↑

Patient education

We are dedicated to helping our patients better understand their oral-dental condition. We want our patients to know the nature and level of their own unique dental conditions. It is equally important for our patients to understand the rationale of the recommended dental treatment. We take our responsibility as educators seriously because we believe that a more informed patient can make a better decision about the kind of care that they receive. ↑

Contribution to our community

We believe, with sincere humility, that we have been placed in a very fortunate position in the community. We are strongly committed to contributing, in our own small way, to that community through volunteerism and outreach. ↑

Having Fun

At our office, we are happy to be there, we enjoy our patients, and we like having fun. It is our hope that on any typical day a patient will hear laughter and animated conversations at some point in time. We try not to take ourselves too seriously...while, of course, always maintaining our professional demeanor! ↑
